Continuing to quote from March 30, this is the best and bravest I have read on a dilemma. "on which a profit has been made. They paid another part in the training camps where they were regimented & drilled while others took their jobs and their places in the lives of their communities. They paid for it in the trenches where they shot and were shot; where they were hungry for days at a time; where they slept in the mud and the cold and in the rain-with the moans and shrieks of the dying for a horrible lullaby. No one mentioned to them, as they marched away, that their going and their dying would mean huge war profits. (for some) Yes, the soldier pays the greatest part of the bill. His family pays too. They pay it in the same heartbreak that he does. As he suffers, they suffer. When he returned home minus an eye, or minus a leg or with his mind broken, they suffer too, as much as and even sometimes more than he. Yes, and they, too, continued their dollars to the profits of the munitions makers and bankers and ship builders and the manufactures and the speculators. They, too, bought bonds and contributed to the profits of the bankers. We must take the profit out of war. We must assume that our military forces are surely forces for defense only. Our nation cannot start an offensive war if it ships cannot go further than 200 miles from the coastline. Planes might be permitted to go as far as 500 miles from the coast for purposes of reconnaissance. And the army should never leave the territorial limits of our nation. What business is it of ours whether Russia or Germany or England or France or Italy or Austria live under democracies or monarchies? Whether they are Fascists or Communist? Our problem is to preserve our own democracy. Pat Roberson is pushing trying to save the president's popularity and of course the U.S. dollar and he is promoting the wars for which he most likely enjoys profits as well as he is advertising for the government on his 700 Club promotes the Wall Street gambling casino. Putting the puzzle together takes a while. Someone just mentioned to me that foreigners coming here can borrow money not being subject to our credit clearing houses of debt. There are a lot of good people all over the world but are being exploited by governments. My mission is to worship God through Christ Yesu. Know the name of Christ and know the name of anti-christ. Come out from among them. This wicked government will never be saved. Seek the true and living God for all wisdom and knowledge. Be saved by faith. Live in righteousness and holiness all the days of your life. Follow the Commandments of God Almighty, creator of life and all mankind. There is no substitute for a real relationship with God through Yesu Christ. The Vinci Code is false, should be destroyed immediately. Every breath we breathe is the breath of God at his mercy. Let us understand the creation of life. Let us refrain from being apart of the commercial system including idolatry church or idolatry money. Let us trust in God for all needed things, live-in peace with all people. Even in the Times Examiner many writers have opposite views. Some are trying to protect the president in world aggression. A small earthquakes hit Iran today killing many people. God is ultimately in control of all things and we should align ourselves totally with Him.
